There is a well known saying in NLP - 'If what you are doing isn't working - DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT.'

One of the main things we have learnt from working with weight loss clients is that it's nearly impossible for them to break a habit with will-power alone - instead we assist them to re-program their mind. That's when the really big results start to take place and fast.

NLP was originally created from a process called Modeling. This process involves studying the behaviors of naturally brilliant individuals. One of the things that we have done to assist our weight loss clients was to model and really find out what was happening inside the minds of naturally thin people. And that's what we teach you during the training- how to change your internal programming so that eating appropriately and taking regular exercise becomes easy. If you were a computer we would set 'healthy eating and exercise' to become your default!

During the week

  • We shall assist you recondition your unproductive habits. If you're body isn't how you want it, then it's not all your fault. It's the natural result of your current mental programming - your unconscious programming.
  • You will learn powerful mind programming techniques - we teach you these techniques so you will always know how to do them again in the future.
  • We shall share with you the results from modeling naturally thin people and offer user friendly steps to putting the tips into place immediately. You may be surprised to discover that 'thin people' are no different from you. They are simply running a more effective piece of software!
  • You will learn how to speed up your metabolism and how to 'supercharge' it. Your metabolism is not fixed- it can and will change in response to how you eat and use your body.

This is a common question. Like many people you have probably carried your 'problems' around with you for years and you think that getting rid of them will take as long. The simple answer is that change that takes place at a deep unconscious level is faster and more lasting than anything else. Remember, its time to do something different, something that works.
