To book your place, simply select your preferred date and if you want to add a second and third choice please select those alternatives.

The six day programme at our Somerset home is £1,500 (+VAT) for a private room en-suite or £950(+VAT) each if you are booking with a friend or partner or are prepared to share your room with another partipant of the same sex (subject to availablity). The price includes attendance to all exercise classes, three classroom sessions each on nutrition and life coaching as well as private consultations with our life coach, nutritionist and private trainers, two massages, a take-home pack of exercise equipment and optional private sessions with our hypnotherapist and accupuncturist.
