During your retreat your diet will be expertly planned by the FitStart nutritionist to maximise your weight loss and minimise your hunger
Our experts will ensure that you will get the optimum calories, vitamins and minerals you need in order to reach your goals each day. We provide our male clients with 2,000 calories per day and our female clients with 1,700 calories per day. Combined with the exercise programme you participate in each day you will lose weight whilst eating the very best food each day.
It is very important to us that all of our food is organic, locally sourced and, wherever possible, FairTrade.
